About Us
Chempaka Kuning is a Malaysian company that practices organic farming based on Permaculture Principles.
It will operate as a homestead, and possibly as an ecovillage, growing a variety of crops, fruit trees, rearing farm animals, and making edible products. There is a significant forested wild area adjacent to the property.
We strive to discover if organic farming is or can can be a financially viable business. The company will publish accounts. We believe in sharing information. We are better together.
If organic farming is financially viable, Chempaka Kuning may develop an apprenticeship program to share best practices in Permaculture Design, Organic Farm Management, and Regenerative Agriculture. We hope to help young people start organic farming.
We will collaborate with organizations involved in ecology-related work.
